Late check out policy:

- Check-out before 6 p.m. will be charged 50% of the room rate.
- Check-out after 6 p.m. will be charged 100% of the room rate.

 

Policy on children staying with parents:

- Children under 2 years old - FOC.
- Children up to 5 years old will get 25% additional charge from the rate.
- Children up to 12 years old will get the same rate as adult.

Cancellation Policy:

- cancellation made seven days or more before arrival: no charge
- Six days before arrival: 50per cent of the charge for the first night
- five or four days before arrival: 100 per cent of the charge for the first night
- three days or less before arrival or no show: no refund.
