Late check-out is subject to room availability and will be charged as follows:
- Check-out untill 6 p.m. - 50% of contract rate
- Check-out after 6 p.m. - 100% of contract rate.
- No additional room charge for children under 12 years of age sharing the room with parents, without extra bed or breakfast.
- No Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation is made 48 hours (Individual) or 14 days (Group) prior to the guests' arrival.
- 50% charge of the price of 1 (one) night: If the cancellation is made within 24 hours (Individual) or 7 days (Group) prior to the guests' arrival.
- 100% charge of the price of 1 (one) night: If the cancellation is made on the same day (Individual) or 72 Hours (Group) of the guests' arrival.
- No Show: will be charged one night's room charges on each room booked. All deposits are forfeited.
