Diving Centre

For those who like water adventures, Siladen Resort also provides a diving centre with equipment and professional friendly dive guides. You can select among a full range of diving packages, including unlimited diving. For those who do not have their certificate for diving and would like to get one or maybe want to improve your diving skills, Siladen resort provides a full range of PADI diving courses which is offered in English, French, Italian, German and Indonesian.

Boutique

If you are looking for something special as gift or souvenir to bring home, you can find it in Siladen Boutique. You can find postcards with the Manado panorama on it to send to your friends. The boutique also offers you a wide range of items such as clothing, home furnishing and other amenities.

Late check out policy:
- Check-out after 3.00 p.m. will get 50% additional charge from the full rate.
- Check-out after 6.00 p.m. will get 100% additional charge from the full rate.

Policy on children staying with parents:

- Children under 2 years old - FOC.
- Children up to 5 years old sharing room with parents will get 25% additional charge.
- Children up tp 12 years old will be charge the same rate as adults.

Cancellation Policy:

- No charge on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in date.
- 25% charge for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to check-in date from the total amount of room reserved.
- 50% charge for cancellations made between 0 and 19 days prior to check-in date from the total amount of room reserved.

High season: No charge on cancellations made more than 40 days prior to check-in date.
- 25% charge for cancellations made between 20 and 39 days prior to check-in date from the total amount of room reserved.
- 50% charge for cancellations made between 0 and 19 days prior to check-in date from the total amount of room reserved.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room reserved.

Four days-three nights dive package: US$ 784 per person. Allows six dives (two morning dives per day). Based on double occupancy.

Departures and arrivals between 12 pm and 3 pm are free of charge, early morning or late afternoon transfers are charged at US$ 29 per person.

All inclusive dive package includes:

Full board accommodation in Beach View Villa, tanks, weight-belts, boat transfers and refreshments, dive guide, tax and service.
