Policies and Other Information
- 1-2 hours (provided no other bookings need to use the rooms in the resort) after check-out time, will be accepted.
- More than 2 hours, will be charged 50% of the nightly room rate.
Children policy:
- Children are allowed to stay with their parents in the rooms. If they need extra beds, the normal rate for an extra bed applies.
- For breakfasts, children below 12 years old only need to pay 50% food charge (breakfast included), but for children above 12 years old, they will have to pay normal price.

- cancellation made seven days or more before arrival: no charge
- Six days before arrival: 50 per cent of the charge for the first night
- five or four days before arrival: 100 per cent of the charge for the first night
- three days or less before arrival or no show: no refund.
