- after 3 pm: 50 per cent additional charge over the full rate
- after 6 pm: 100 per cent additional over the full rate.
Children policy:
(Grand Villa Suite : A maximum of 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 12 can share the Grand Villa. Bedding in the room will be one king size bed in one room and 2 twins and one extra bed in the other room.)
For a child sharing bed with their parents, (max. 1 child sharing parents' bed) the following rates apply:
B&B US$ 10 net
Full Board US$ 27 net
Children under the age of 2 in a baby cot (1 per room) will be charged at the same rate as children sharing the bed with parents.

The rate above includes: accommodation, full day dive trips with up to 3 day-dives per day, cylinders and weights, breakfast, lunch and dinner, airport transfers, tax and service.
Extras: tips, drinks, equipment rental, night dive, message services, telephone calls, laundry service, etc.
- More than 30+ days from date of arrival deposit forfeited.
- 30 - 15 days from date of arrival 30% penalty.
- 14 - 7 days from date of arrival 50% penalty.
- 7 - 1 days from date of arrival ('No-show') 100% penalty.
